If you wish to engage the Firm for accounting, advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO services, tax-related services, or other professional services ("Professional Services"), such Professional Services are governed solely by a separate, mutually executed written Engagement Letter (and any applicable attachments, statements of work, or addenda). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter will control with respect to Professional Services.

2. Not Professional Advice

The content on this Website, including blog posts, guides, and automated responses from JoshBot, does not constitute professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on this Website without seeking the advice of a qualified professional who is familiar with your particular facts and circumstances.
